A: On your Dashboard, you will find an "IP Rotation" link for each active subscription. Clicking this link will trigger an IP reset on the modem.
A: Proxy speed can depend on many factors, including the mobile carrier's signal strength at that moment. First, try rebooting the modem from your dashboard. If the issue persists, please contact support with your Order ID.
A: On your Dashboard, below your proxy access details, there is a dropdown menu to change the OS Spoofing setting. Select your desired OS and click "Update OS".
